Good Luck card!

Love that blue cardstock in the main kit! I punched some circles from paper and then layered them and used my pinking shears on the edge of a center circle to layer on top of the base. Then I punched a few little circles from the stripe paper to line up with the existing base circle. Added some twine and a sequin and call it a day! TFL!
