I'm a huge fan of white space in my planner, but I wanted to include as many of the fun colors and patterns of the Summit Kit as possible, so I opted to create my own decorative 'strip' down the hole punched space of my pages. I simply punched circles, cut them in half, and LOVE the pop it adds, without taking away any planning space! As painful as it was to cut into the buffalo plaid paper, I'm kind of in love with the little black/white flags I created with my flag punch.
