It's about time I made some Snapchat filter projects! My kids are obsessed. I used the polka dot pattern maker first to create a bit of movement and texture. I was sure to use a similar color to the patterned paper so it would be a subtle effect and the images would pop. I added the transparency shapes with a glue pen to lead the eye around the page.
