This silhouette of a beautiful creature belongs to the daughter of my oldest friend. So much hope in that photo, I think. Beautiful. Anyway. I played with the digital stamps here, choosing shades of yellow/orange and grey to complement the blue in the photo. And then I got the bright idea to stitch on top of the photo. And then I immediately regretted it. :P But it's grown on me. It looks kind of...organic. Sure. That's it. I meant it to look that way. Speaking of organic, I LOVE THE WOOD...what would you call it? Cross-section? LOVE it. What a fun addition to the PL kit this month! The background paper is my very last piece of the SC 12x12 Grid Paper from the shop. Time to order more.
